What you’ll be doing
You’ll be technical, approachable, and improvement-focused. You’ll need:
- Proven experience in system administration
- Strong troubleshooting and support capabilities
- A coaching mindset and training experience
- Great communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Project or change management exposure
The person we are looking for
As a Technical Business Partner, you’ll be the go-to person for all things systems — supporting our teams to make the most of our technology and continuously improve how they work. You’ll provide first-line support for business systems, troubleshoot issues, and proactively identify areas where our platforms can do more.
You’ll lead training sessions, support system changes through their full lifecycle, and engage stakeholders to ensure that every enhancement aligns with operational needs. Whether it’s optimising workflows, configuring solutions, or managing updates, you’ll ensure our tools are being used to their fullest potential.
You’ll also be key in driving user adoption, building relationships across teams, and supporting wider projects focused on system integrations and automation.
