Senior Analytics Analyst

Vacancy Introduction

Come and join our team!

We’re looking for a Senior Analytics Analyst to join our Technology team and lead the way in delivering data-driven insight. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who can manage high-impact analytics projects, mentor junior colleagues, and present meaningful insight to senior stakeholders. Based at our head office at Wherstead Park, this hybrid role gives you the space to collaborate while also working flexibly.

Our working patterns are non-contractual. Any advertised working pattern represents the normal working pattern for the role at time of advertisement and may be subject to change.

What you’ll be doing

As a Senior Analytics Analyst, you’ll lead on turning complex data into clear insights that drive business change. You’ll manage high-impact analytics projects, using tools like Pyramid Analytics, SQL, Python or R to create dashboards, reports, and models that support decision-making at all levels of the organisation.

You’ll work directly with senior stakeholders to understand business challenges and translate them into data solutions. From analysing performance trends to forecasting future behaviour, your insights will inform real-world strategy and operations.

Alongside your own work, you’ll coach and mentor two analysts — helping them grow and ensuring a high standard across everything the team delivers. You’ll also collaborate with data engineers to maintain data quality, drive continuous improvement, and unlock the full potential of our data capabilities.

The person we are looking for

You’ll be a confident data storyteller with:

  • 5+ years of experience in analytics or business intelligence
  • Advanced knowledge of SQL and Python/R
  • Experience in Pyramid Analytics or Power BI
  • Strong stakeholder management and team leadership skills
  • An analytical and commercial mindset
