What you’ll be doing

As a Business & Systems Analyst, you’ll play a pivotal role in helping us improve how we work by shaping smart, streamlined processes and technology solutions. Day-to-day, you’ll collaborate with stakeholders across the business to evaluate existing systems, identify gaps, and recommend improvements that directly support our strategic goals.

You’ll work closely with teams across technology, delivery, and automation to bring ideas to life — acting as the essential bridge between technical teams and operational users.
