As the Tax Manager, you’ll be the linchpin of our financial strategy, shaping the destiny of our co-op and its group companies.
Role Responsibility
- Main point of contact for all corporation tax and VAT matters
- Ownership of quarterly VAT returns preparation and associated workings
- Preparation of corporation tax returns, including capital allowances and R&D claims
- Calculation of financial accounting provisions for current and deferred tax
- Forecasting CT payments on account
- Advisory role on tax implications of property transactions
- Involvement in tax planning and risk management for the co-op
- Ensuring compliance with the Society's tax strategy
