Retail Support Officer
Vacancy Introduction
We are seeking a Retail Support Officer (RSO) to join our fast growing business that thrives on change and innovation. Working as part of an in house security team, the successful applicant will provide security support across East Anglia and further afield when required. The role varies from response, to support after incidents of anti-social behaviour and other related retail crime. The RSO is also responsible for providing first line support and advice to colleagues following and incident.
Role Responsibility
The successful applicant will be self-motivated and able to work on their own or as part of a wider team, using common sense and experience when dealing with incidents. SIA CCTV and Guarding is required but can be provided following a successful application to the SIA. Previous experience in retail loss prevention is desirable. A Full Driving Licence is Essential.
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for a new colleague to work with us 40 hours per week to be worked 5 days over 7 days, to include weekend and bank holidays, the hours will be between 6am and 11pm and some night working may also be required.
