Retail Support Desk Analyst

Vacancy Introduction

We are looking for a Permanent full time Retail Support Desk Analyst to work a total of 39 hours per week 5 days over 7, work pattern to be arranged.

Role Responsibility

  • Dealing with store queries by phone and email
  • Effective task completion, ensuring deadlines are achieved and accuracy is maintained
  • Store Compliance Monitoring & Support
  • Coaching, Training & supporting store colleagues
  • Communicate effectively, with the immediate team, head office & store operations
  • Self-motivated with an ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team
  • Support cultural change and the introduction of new working practices and processes at head office and in store for stock management and replenishment
  • Excellent attention to detail, and the ability to plan and organise your workload to achieve deadlines
  • Take ownership to achieve all agreed operational and performance targets
  • Contribute to creating the best place to work by sharing best practice and supporting my colleagues
  • Be responsible for your own understanding and development, proactively keeping up to date with all relevant communications
  • Take ownership and deal with all issues and complaints in a professional and caring manner, following the correct process and ensuring the best outcome for the customer/business

The Ideal Candidate

  • Strong communication skills
  • Previous customer service, food retail or stock system experience
  • Familiar with Microsoft office, word, excel & email
