Co-op Secure Response are looking for a dedicated Profit Protection Advisor to join our team.
Role Responsibility
As a Profit Protection Advisor reporting to the Loss Prevention Manager, you will play a vital role in safeguarding the assets and integrity of the EOE estate. Your responsibilities include investigating theft, breaches of society policy, and misconduct incidents, collaborating with external agencies, and proactively identifying security enhancements. Your ability to work independently, engage effectively with colleagues and the public, and stay updated on industry trends will be crucial in minimising loss and ensuring a secure environment. The Ideal Candidate
- Previous retail or loss prevention experience from a retail setting
- Punctuality and the ability to work to agreed timelines
- The ability to work on your own and as part of a team
- Ability to develop effective working relationships
- The ability to communicate and empathise with Colleagues and the general public
- Committed to delivering excellent service to all customers of Security Services
- Professional and self-motivated, including the ability to use own initiative
- The ability to react quickly and embrace change
- The ability to evaluate risk and make suitable decisions
- The ability to develop and maintain up to date professional and technical competence and use this in the achievement of objectives
- Knowledge of ASCONE
- Full driving license
- To qualify for an SIA license guarding/door supervisor/CCTV
- Experience of interviewing individuals in formal situations
