Member and Customer Support Advisor

As a Member and Customer Support Advisor, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our members and customers. You will handle enquiries through various communication channels and ensure accurate and consistent processes are followed to meet regulatory requirements. By delivering outstanding support, you will contribute to our organisation's success.

Role Responsibility

  • Handle member and customer enquiries across various channels, resolving membership-related issues and addressing general customer enquiries.
  • Take ownership of cases, proactively seeking solutions and collaborating with team members.
  • Maintain a warm and friendly brand tone in all interactions with members and customers.
  • Provide consistently high levels of customer service, ensuring satisfaction and meeting company standards.
  • Accurately and timely complete various financial processes and tasks.
  • Keep accurate records in CRM systems, maintaining a clear timeline of customer and member cases.
  • Ensure adherence to processes and regulatory requirements for accurate data and compliance.
  • Support the implementation of process improvements and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Confident, friendly, warm and professional manner
  • The ability to actively listen to customers to understand their needs and work proactively to resolve enquiries
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to clearly share and relay information, adapting appropriately for the communication channel
  • The ability to remain calm and polite when dealing with complaints or challenging clients
  • Excellent accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks
  • Resilient, positive and solutions focused mindset
  • Positive approach to change and continuous improvement
  • Full UK Driving License
