Marketing Co-ordinator

We’re looking for a Marketing Co-ordinator to join our Customer, Member and Marketing team at Wherstead Park, Ipswich. You’ll play a key role in delivering engaging campaigns that connect with our customers and communities, and help build our brand across digital, print and in-person channels.

What you’ll be doing

As a Marketing Co-ordinator, you’ll support the development and delivery of a wide range of marketing campaigns that promote our products, services and purpose. Working closely with internal teams and external agencies, you’ll co-ordinate campaign activity, manage creative assets, and ensure everything runs smoothly and to plan.

You’ll get involved in campaign planning, support event delivery, manage internal comms briefs, and contribute to creative problem solving. From preparing reports and raising purchase orders to writing copy and briefing designers – you’ll be at the centre of it all, helping our team stay organised and impactful.

This is a hybrid role, with three days each week based at our Wherstead Park head office.

The person we are looking for 

We’re looking for someone who is proactive, organised, and eager to contribute to impactful marketing campaigns. You’ll thrive working across multiple projects and collaborating with a variety of stakeholders.

You’ll ideally bring:

  • Experience supporting the delivery of marketing or communications campaigns
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to work effectively across teams
  • Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • A creative and solutions-focused mindset, ready to contribute ideas and solve problems
  • Great attention to detail, especially when working with written content and visuals
  • Confidence working with internal systems, tools, and processes
  • A full UK driving licence

It would be a bonus if you also have:

  • Experience working with Canva, Hootsuite, or similar marketing tools
  • Understanding of budget tracking, raising purchase orders, and basic financial admin
  • Awareness of marketing trends and audience engagement techniques
  • An interest in community-focused retail or purpose-led business
