Marketing Co-Ordinator (Food)

Vacancy Introduction

We are looking to recruit a Marketing Coordinator to join our Food Marketing Team. Reporting to the Food Marketing Manager you will plan and implement marketing projects and campaigns which are driven by customer and member insight and deliver growth for our food business.

You’ll join a busy marketing team and will predominantly work on our Food business, but also offer support to our Security and Travel businesses.

Our marketing team operates hybrid working, with a mix of time at home and in our offices at Wherstead Park near Ipswich. You’ll also pay visits to our stores across Norfolk, Suffolk and Essex to see how our campaigns are landing with customers and colleagues.

You will work right across the marketing mix - everything from producing print materials for our branches to regional media campaigns - but you'll have a specific focus on digital marketing.

We have some very big plans for developing our Food marketing over the next few years, and this is an exciting time to join an evolving business and take an instrumental role delivering our business mission and vision.

Role Responsibility

  • Support the planning and development of integrated marketing campaigns which help deliver objectives for our Food, Security and Travel businesses.
  • Contribute to the delivery of compelling marketing campaigns which deliver agreed objectives, supported by Brand and Studio team.
  • Delivery of the digital marketing mix to achieve strategic objectives and outcomes
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance against objectives based on data from analytics tools and data provided by our Finance, Analytics, and Membership teams.
  • Establish and maintain productive internal working partnerships, primarily with Retail teams

The Ideal Candidate

  • Demonstrable experience in delivering integrated marketing and communications campaigns with a particular focus on digital marketing
  • Demonstrable working knowledge of digital marketing tools and best practices, including Google Analytics, Facebooks Ads Manager, Hootsuite, Google My Business, Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, and Google AdWords.
  • Ability to create clear, concise, and compelling copy for a range of audiences and purposes
  • A continuous learner who is keen to stay up to date with the latest marketing trends and best practices
  • Knowledge of marketing and consumer trends which are relevant to our businesses
  • Resilient, positive and solutions focused mindset.
  • Full UK driving license.
