We’re looking for a Learning & Development Design Assistant to join our Talent & Culture team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys blending digital systems, creativity, and data to support engaging learning experiences and help build a strong culture of continuous development across the organisation.

What you’ll be doing
- Supporting the day-to-day administration of the Learning Management System (LMS), including course uploads, user management, troubleshooting and reporting
- Monitoring LMS performance and liaising with technical support when required
- Producing learner engagement and performance reports, using data to support continuous improvement
- Assisting with the design and build of digital learning content using tools such as Articulate Rise, Adobe Creative Cloud and AI-based solutions
- Maintaining a relevant, accessible and brand-aligned LMS course catalogue
- Supporting collaboration with stakeholders and gathering feedback to enhance learning content
- Championing a modern, inclusive and engaging learner experience across the organisation
