What you’ll be doing
As a Learning Assistant, you’ll be central to ensuring our learning systems and content run smoothly and effectively. Day-to-day, you'll be managing our Learning Management System (LMS), supporting learners and stakeholders, and helping to produce engaging digital learning content using tools like Articulate Rise, Adobe Creative Cloud, and AI platforms.
You’ll also be responsible for reporting and analytics – helping us measure engagement and impact and making recommendations for continuous improvement.
The person we are looking for
You’ll have proven experience working with LMS platforms (Cornerstone or similar), and ideally some familiarity with digital content creation tools. You’re comfortable working with data, collaborating with stakeholders, and balancing multiple priorities.
You’ll also bring:
- A keen eye for detail and a high standard of accuracy
- Confidence using Microsoft 365 (especially Excel, Teams, and PowerPoint)
- A learner-focused mindset and commitment to inclusive, accessible design
- A proactive approach to supporting team goals and evolving business needs
This role would suit someone looking to build their career in Learning & Development, with an interest in digital learning and a desire to make a real difference.
