Are you ready to play a key role in shaping how we use technology to drive business success? As an Enablement Partner at the East of England Co-op, you’ll be at the forefront of supporting, configuring, and managing our marketing technology solutions.
Initially focusing on our CRM solution, your role will ensure the project aligns with our business objectives, delivering tangible value to our current and future membership offering. Working closely with IT, operations, and leadership teams, you’ll drive adoption and optimise performance, ensuring the solution integrates seamlessly into our business processes.
As you grow in this role, you’ll have the opportunity to expand your impact across other business areas, leveraging low/no-code technologies to streamline workflows and boost operational efficiency.

What you’ll be doing
As the Enablement Partner, your key tasks/responsibilities will include:
- Supporting, configuring, and managing marketing technology solutions, starting with our CRM project.
- Driving adoption and ensuring alignment with business objectives to enhance our membership offering.
- Troubleshooting system issues, identifying root causes, and implementing effective solutions.
- Coaching users to fully utilise platforms within a best-practice framework.
- Managing system upgrades and integrations, optimising functionality, and introducing new features.
- Collaborating across departments to streamline workflows, improve efficiency, and foster continuous improvement.
The person we are looking for
We’re looking for a driven and adaptable professional with a passion for technology and process improvement. To succeed in this role, you’ll need experience in:
- Business process improvement and process mapping.
- Leading change initiatives and managing stakeholders.
- Supplier management and service level agreements.
- Workflow analysis, troubleshooting, and leveraging tools like Power Platform.
- Coaching and enabling teams to adopt new systems and technologies.
- Cross-functional collaboration and delivering measurable business value.
