Customer Service Assistant

As a Customer Service Assistant (CSA) you will be responsible for supporting your store to deliver high standards of customer service, availability and presentation, compliance, and engagement with your local community.

You will be working as part of a diverse and motivated team of colleagues who strive to attract and delight new and existing customers every day, supporting the ongoing growth and evolution of our business.

Normal working pattern for this role:

Working Day

Shift start/end time

Saturday

6.30am - 2.30pm

Sunday

10am - 4pm

 

Please note: This role includes a 6:30am start, so applicants will need to be able to travel to store independently at this time.

Due to holiday cover and both short- and long-term absence within the team, we’re looking for someone who can offer a good level of flexibility, including early morning and late evening shifts when required.

The early shifts are especially important to us they’re key to ensuring the store is ready for customers each day.
