Join Our Brand-New Store at Ipswich Train Station – Part time roles now available! 

We’re looking for part time staff to join our brand-new East of England Co-op convenience store, located on the main concourse of Ipswich Train Station.  

We need new colleagues to cover set shifts each day of the week, as seen below.  

Working times 

Shift start/end time 

Mornings 

7am-10am 

Afternoons/Evenings 

3pm-7pm 

 

We are offering fixed term contracts until January 2026 covering these hours, a great way to gain experience with a large independent employer!

What you will be doing 

As a Customer Service Assistant (CSA), you’ll be responsible for helping your store deliver high standards of customer service, availability and presentation, compliance, and engagement with the local community. You’ll be part of a diverse and motivated team that strives to attract and delight new and existing customers every day, supporting the continued success of our business. 

Our 1,500 sq. ft. cashless store will offer a modern shopping experience, featuring two Barista Coffee-to-go machines, our popular in-store bakery, a Tango Ice Blast dispenser, Fwip Ice Cream, and a selection of chilled beers, ciders, wines, and ready-to-drink cocktails.

Our working patterns are non-contractual. Any advertised working pattern represents the normal working pattern for the role at time of advertisement and may be subject to change.
