We’re looking for a Compliance Advisor to join our Risk & Assurance team on a 6-month fixed term contract. Based at Wherstead Park, Ipswich, you’ll play a key role in supporting risk management and governance across our organisation, particularly focusing on Health & Safety, Fleet, and Internal Assurance.

What you’ll be doing
- Supporting the maintenance of our accident database, managing claims data, and providing regular reporting and updates.
- Overseeing fleet compliance including vehicle allocations, tax, insurance, maintenance, and transport penalties.
- Assisting with the development and review of Health & Safety risk assessments, Safe Systems of Work, and COSHH documentation.
- Providing administrative support for our internal audit and assurance programmes, helping to collate and report compliance data.
- Offering guidance and support to colleagues on compliance queries, policies, and regulatory requirements.
The person we are looking for
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships.
- Adaptable and customer-focused, with a passion for supporting others and promoting a strong compliance culture.
- Technically proficient, with attention to detail and confidence handling administrative processes.
- Enthusiastic about maintaining high standards of Health & Safety and business assurance.
- Proactive, organised, and able to manage a varied workload in a hybrid working environment.
