Vacancy Introduction
Come lead our team
We’re looking for a Branch Manager to lead our Manningtree Food Store.
Manningtree is a close-knit market town with a strong sense of community and a proud local identity. Leading our store here gives you the opportunity to build on those connections, develop a strong team culture and make a visible difference to the customers and communities you serve every day.
This is a role where great leadership matters. You’ll have the opportunity to shape the performance of your store, develop your people and build meaningful relationships with the local community, while being part of the wider leadership team across our Food business.
If you enjoy leading through variety, building strong teams and creating a store that people are proud to be part of, this could be the opportunity for you.
