We’re recruiting a Branch Manager to lead across Colchester, Wivenhoe and the wider Tendring coastline, including Clacton and the Harwich corridor.

This is a dynamic and geographically varied cluster, from historic Colchester to busy coastal towns. You’ll ensure service consistency across a broad landscape while supporting a team that values collaboration, care and delivering for local communities.
