Branch Manager (Travel)

Role Responsibility

  • Lead and empower your branch team to greatness.
  • Consistently deliver exceptional standards and elevate customer service to new heights.
  • Drive growth, maximising turnover and profitability through efficient cost management.
  • Ensure that your branch operates safely and within legal guidelines, including ABTA and internal compliance.
  • Establish your branch as the most trusted travel retailer in the local community.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with other branches, customers, and colleagues.
  • Promote membership and the benefits it brings.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Previous experience in a direct-to-customer travel business.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills, effectively communicating with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Commercially astute, with a sharp business acumen.
  • Confident in making sound decisions.
  • Driven, determined, and resilient in the face of challenges.
  • Strong literacy, numeracy, and IT skills.
  • Commitment to continuous professional and personal development, with a self-aware mindset.
