Vacancy Introduction

You will be the first point of contact that many customers have with Wherstead Park and therefore you are responsible for providing excellent customer service. Your shifts and schedule will be agreed with line management, with an appropriate amount of emphasis put on your flexibility within your working schedule.

Role Responsibility

• You will be expected to operate behind the bar
• You will be expected to help with preparation & cleaning duties before and after events. This may include but is not limited to: glass collecting, washing and polishing
• You must maintain a professional appearance and treat all attendees with respect
• You will also be expected to be available for evening shifts, most commonly between 6pm - 1am
• You must maintain high levels of cleanliness, housekeeping and food hygiene
• Report any safety & security related incidents or other significant events
• Complete all compliance related training courses

The Ideal Candidate

• Experience in customer service
• Experience in Bar Work
• Flexibility of working hours
• Competent in supporting team members & other colleagues
• High attention to detail
